Another day, another rapper being sued, this time it's Mr Drizzy Drake.
Drake has been hit with a copyright infringement lawsuit by Playboy Enterprises for his hit,'Best I Ever Had'. Playboy claims that the track illegally samples their song 'Fallin’ In Love', by Hamilton, Joe Frank, and Dennison Reynolds in the beginning 'Best I Ever Had'. Playboy wants the court to issue an injunction to stop the selling/distributing of the song.
