CONCERT REVIEW: Trey Songz At Beacon Theatre, NYC

Social Writers were in the house for Trey Songz's 'Passion, Pain & Pleasure' concert at the Beacon Theatre in NYC last week.

As soon as you walked into the theatre you could feel the buzz of Trey's fans - the screaming of females (and a few males) of all ages, the 'I Love You Trey' posters and t-shirts - patiently waiting for their 'love' to grace the stage.

Getting his grown and sexy on, Trey graced the stage in a shirt, waistcoat and trousers looking very suave, and he kicked off his show with 'I Invented Sex' preparing the crowd for the sexual show that was about to commence.

Trey sang his heart out singing tracks old and new such as 'Black Roses', 'Love Faces' from his brand new album, 'Can't help But Wait' and 'Bottoms Up' sans Nicki Minaj. Ludacris surprisingly joined "Mr Steal Your Girl" on stage for 'Sex Room' which was an extra treat for the the women melting from all the heat and sexual prowess from Trey.

Trey practically turned Beacon Theatre into his own 'Sex Room' when he decided to show the audience exactly what he would do to a woman in bed......I'll let the video below do the talking....actions speak louder than words.

To end the X-rated show, Fabolous joined Trey on stage for 'Say Ahh' which had the crowd on their feet! A perfect song choice to end the show.

Apart from the break when Trey ran off stage to change his clothes, which could have been a much better produced segment of the show both visually and audibly, the show was pretty good and the atmosphere was fantastic!

Trey definitely showed that he has grown tremendously as a performer and as a man....if only he would perform like that for all of his performances on TV.........
