According to In Touch Magazine the 'Low' rapper and RnB singer Brandy are an item after the two were seen getting 'cosy' with each other in Las Vegas last week.
"The two arrived together holding hands and having an intimate conversation. They are definitely hooking up," a source told In Touch Magazine.
