As most of the world know Chris Brown turned 22 yesterday and, to celebrate that, the singer decided to dye his hair blonde...again.
The singer also revealed his birthday resolution.
"My birthday resolution is to respect and love people more. Maturity is a task sometimes for me but my love is the same. Thx."
