Earlier Monday morning, Cali Swag District fans were stunned to hear of the news that the 22-year-old member of the group, M-Bone, had been killed in a drive-by shooting.
Most famously known for the group's 2010 hit 'Teach Me How To Dougie', M-Bone died late Sunday night (May 15th) from two gunshot wounds to the head in his hometown of Inglewood, California. Apparently, a random act of violence, says TMZ, M-Bone may have just been in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Many are devastated; the fellow group member Smoove Da General tweeted: “Ma life changed drastically in the. Blink of an eye rip mbone...I’m crushed…jus seen Ma Ni**a on the news…idk wat to think or say…I’m hurting man real talk.”
At the moment, Californian police are asking for witnesses with information on the incident. We are all currently waiting for further details on the death, as Cali Swag District's M-Bone will surely be missed.
