If the rumours are true, then Nicki Minaj could be one of the judges on the X Factor as it goes stateside.
It's said that Nicki has been in talks with Simon Cowell about joining the judging panel which may also include former Def Jam CEO L.A. Reid.
According to a source, "Simon thinks Nicki is fantastic. She's sassy, she looks great, and she has bags of personality."
