If rumours are true you might be seeing Def Jam's LA Reid on your TV screen weekly!
Apparently LA will be one of the judges on the US version of X Factor with Simon Cowell, and two other judges, thought to be women, who are yet to be announced.
A source told The Mirror: “Reid is keen to be involved and Cowell likes him. Everything is in place. There is an agreement and it’s just a case of him signing on the dotted line.”
Reid has helped with the careers of Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Usher and many more!
