Young Money's underdog Shanell gives a new track by the name of '2 Seconds Too Late' to gear us up for her upcoming mixtape 'Nobody's B*tch', due to drop next month.
In the meantime, you can see her performing and acting as artistic director in Lil Wayne's I Am Still Music tour.
