NEWS: Kanye West's 'All Of The Lights' Video To Be Pulled From TV In UK?

There's already been claims that Kanye West's 'All Of The Lights' video, directed by Hype Williams, has copied the themes used in the French thriller 'Enter The Void'.

Now Ofcom have deemed the video unsuitable to be broadcast on UK television because of its so much flashing imagery, which could cause epileptic seisures for photosensitive epilepsy sufferers.

Epilepsy Action are also demanding that the video be taken off of YouTube, but because there are no broadcasting regulations for online, they'll have a big battle on their hands!

NEWS: Rihanna's Restraining Order Against Chris Brown Officially Dropped

You may recall an earlier post on the blog reporting that Rihanna had requested her restraining order against Chris Brown be lifted.

Well, yesterday, Chris Brown attended a court hearing to learn that this request had became official. Judge Patricia Schnegg reduced the order to a level one, allowing Chris to be in the same company as Rihanna so long as he does not 'harrass, annoy, or molest her.'

NEWS: Rihanna Being Sued For 'S&M' Video

Famous fashion photographer David LaChapelle is taking Rihanna to court over the controversial video to her latest single 'S&M'.

LaChapelle claims that "the music video is directly derived from and substantially similar to the LaChapelle works", and that it copied many of the visuals from some of his work including the actual concept.

In the law suit filed, LaChapelle states that Rihanna emualated 8 of his images in the video, including the shot of Rihanna up against a blue background with a sweet on her tongue.

LaChapelle is suing for unspecified damages.

Last week rumours began circulating that Ciara had been dropped from Jive Records following poor album sales.

Earlier today, Ciara took to her facebook page to let her fans know the real situation between her and her record label.

Ciara wrote:

This week the net has been a buzz of the rumor that I have been dropped from my label. At this point that rumor is false.. It is true that I have asked and I pray that my label will release me. I have had some great times and success with my label, but sometimes like all great things, its at that point where I feel we don’t share the same views on who I am as a artist. The past two albums have been very frustrating for me. At times there were songs I chose to lead a project and I was ignored! This project, I even tried to get Gimmie Dat started I spent tens of thousands of my own money only to hear the radio pds tell me my label didn’t want the song played. I even spent more than one hundred thousand dollars out of my pocket on the video to bring my vision to it and still no label support. I do understand that some labels are not financially supporting their artists and I have become one of them. You, my fans, know that I strive to do my best to deliver to my you the best songs and creative vision I possibly can. I’m dedicated to my music, performance and to my fans! I’ve tried to be a team player with the label only to have compromised what I truly believed.. And was not given the right opportunity to promote and inform my fans of the release of this album..I have so much of me as a artist I still want to give to the world and my fans. We gave you a sneak peek on her new video coming out soon; now the diva in her own right illustrates her drive and hard work by settling a release date for her seventh album ‘Love ?’.Hitting the stores March 29th, J.Lo is said to now be working overtime.

As well as a RedOne production of the new single ‘On The Floor’ featuring Pitbull, the project includes the likes of the commended producers Tricky Stewart, The-Dream and Danja, to just name a few.

NEW MUSIC VIDEO: Haynzy ft Frisco - 'Sorry'

Following a busy summer providing funky anthems for 2010, soulful singer Haynzy, is back with some fresh music for 2011.

'Sorry' is the North Londoner's new single which features grime MC Frisco of Boy Better Know.

Haynzy has spent a lot of time working with the Boy Better Know camp recently, performing on countless stages around the country with them including the 02 Arena.

The video for the track is yet to be released but is said to feature appearances from Emer Kenny and Ashley Walters.
