Vibe Magazine, one of the US' leading Urban music magazines, will be relaunching in December after they shut down in June due to the downturn in the current economical climate.

It was previously stated that Vibe would be published quaterly, but there has been no further update on this.

C Breezy Dances To 'Thriller'

I like this lil' vid so I thought I would share it with you! Regardless of the things Chris Brown has been through of late you definitely cannot deny his talent.

Whilst Rihanna was in Vegas with Jay-z & co exposing her Tatta's Breezy was with Teyana Taylor at Diddy's All White party. A few days ago she posted on her Twitter that she and Chris were like 'brother & sister' and that she was 'friends with both Chris and RiRi' and he is 'NOT' her man! I actually believe her despite all of the rumours that are flying around about them at the moment!

BET Awards 2009

In what was rumoured to be a show in tribute of the great Michael Jackson, the BET Awards 2009 was boring.....very boring.....they should've let Chris Brown perform his MJ tribute, but they axed him lastmin.com.......

The night started off with a mediocre performance by New Edition, singing a medley of Jackson 5 hits, such as 'I Want You Back' and 'ABC'. Hosted by funny man Jamie Foxx, who opened the show donning a red leather jacket and sequined glove, Micheal Jackson style.



The host then moonwalked across the stage and had the crowd laughing throughout the show.

Keri Hilson channeled her inner Micheal Jackson by dressing up in clothing that resembled MJ's 'Bad' outfit in her performances of 'Turning Me Off' and 'Knock You Down'. She even tried to add a few MJ dance moves to her performance, which really didn't work. Ne-Yo gave a powerful rendition of Jackson's 'Lady In My Life', which was one of the best tributes to MJ given at the show.

Jamie Foxx, then gave his performance of his club hit, 'Blame It', featuring T-Pain and guest appearances from Snoop Dogg (who didn't rap, but 'Drop It Like It's Hot was mixed into 'Blame It'), and Travis Barker on the drums, who gave a great performance.

Queen Bey gave a sweet performance of 'Ave Maria' and 'Angel', but it was a shame that she didn't give a rendition of an MJ song - she would've given it the justice it deserved! Ciara sang MJ's 'Heal The World' donning some MJ clobber; she looked real good, but sounded bad "real bad, real bad Micheal Jackson".


Ne-Yo, once again, returned to the stage - oh did I forget to mention he was donning his bald head ALL night, no hats in any performance! - with a medley of his favourite stars, such as Keith Sweat, Guy and Bel Biv Devoe, which was a great performance.



Jay Z had everybody bopping away, and even had his wife Beyonce singing along to his new single, 'Death Of Autotune' - Great performance!

Ladies favourite Maxwell sang his new single, 'Pretty Wings' and hot newcomer, Drake, alongside with Lil' Wayne, Baby and Young Money, gave one of the most driest performances ever, particularly because Drake sat through the whole of his performance due to injuring his Achilles Heel.


Janet Jackson made an emotional appearance towards the end of the show, on the behalf of the Jackson family, which made everybody shed a tear, just to thank everybody for their support. Her emotions were a stark contrast to her fathers', Joe Jackson, who was also at the awards show, smiling, laughing and plugging his new record label, even though his son only died 3 days ago......

The finale of the show was performed by Ne-Yo (again) and Jamie Foxx with a duet of the Jackson 5 hit, 'I'll be There'.


The awards show was dire, and I know that BET only had 3 days to turn the whole show around with the news of Micheal Jackson's death, but they did okay, but could've done better.

Courthouse Deal

It is understood that a plea bargain has been made in the case Brown vs Fenty (Chris vs Rihanna)for the horrible attack on Rihanna in February.


As we all know Chris was charged with assault and could've faced up to four years in prison, but by pleading guilty he has gotten off lightly with a mere slap on the wrist. The 'Kiss Kiss' singer will have to complete five years of supervised probation and six months of community service. He must also have domestic abuse counselling and drop into court every three months. Not to forget he is now also a convicted felon.

He has also been ordered to stay 50 feet away from Rihanna for the next five years, except at public events where he must be 10 yards away from her. Rihanna has also supposedly been told not to contact Chris for five years.

I wonder if these two will ever rekindle their turbulent relationship?

Chris Brown & Rihanna - All Will Go Down In Court

There's a showdown about to happen people!




The Bajan princess Rihanna will have to testify against her ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown in court.

As I'm sure you all remember, Rihanna was allegedly attacked by Chris in February, (we all saw the picture of her battered face), now the two will go head to head in court June 22nd, after he pleaded not guilty.

Rihanna's lawyer has said that if the preliminary hearing goes ahead, RiRi will have to tell the truth and nothing but the truth.

I for one want to see her testify against Chris in court...I, like most people, want to know exactly went down that night! I'm sure there's a whole lot more to the story than what has been told.

Breezy In Court

Peep the footage of Chris Brown in court.



Breezy did not enter a plea for the two felony charges against him but he did postpone the case until April 6th.

He also signed a waiver of presence, meaning that his attorney's can act on his behalf without him actually being present at any minor court hearings prior to April 6th.

Brown did not look too confident but what's interesting is the judge asking RiRi's attorney, Donald Etra if he wanted a "no-contact order" in place in which he replied "Miss Fenty [Rihanna] does not request such an order".

With rumours suggesting that the two have reconciled since the incident, and are now spending time together in P Diddy's mansion, the idea of Rihanna's attorney not requesting a no contact order only points to one thing.

Puppy Love.....Back On Again?

I just can't keep up with these two young lovers!

Rihanna and Chris Brown are back together, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

The pair have reunited almost three weeks after Brown, 19, allegedly battered the "Umbrella" singer on Feb. 8, a source tells PEOPLE.

"They're together again. They care for each other," says the source. The on-again couple are currently spending time together at one of Sean "Diddy" Combs's homes, on Miami Beach's Star Island.

Adds the source: "While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves."

In its latest issue, PEOPLE reports that Brown called Rihanna on her 21st birthday one week ago. "He called to wish her happy birthday," a source told the magazine. "They've reached out to each other. It's been mutual."

Brown was booked by LAPD for making criminal threats but the case has not yet been presented to the District Attorney, who will ultimately determine which charges, if any, will be prosecuted.

No wonder why Rihanna has not pressed charges against Chris yet! This is just typical behaviour of a spouse subjected to domestic violence. Will the cycle ever end?

Not only is it her 21st birthday today...but official police images of her battered/bruised face were sent to TMZ and has now caused an Internet frenzy. The LAPD are launching an internal investigation as to how this picture was leaked.

Why were RiRi and C Breezy M.I.A at the Grammy awards?



Your boy Chris Brown and his girlfriend Rihanna seem to have hit a rough (and I mean rough) patch in their relationship:

"Chris Brown is under investigation for alleged domestic violence felony battery, the LAPD confirms to PEOPLE. "

"The identity of the victim will not be released," said Officer April Harding. "Any victim who's involved in a domestic violence incident is entitled to confidentiality." Officer Harding added: "If police locate Brown, yes, he's subject to arrest."

Both Brown, 19, and girlfriend Rihanna, 20, were scheduled to perform at the Grammys, but this statement was released Sunday evening:

"We have just been informed that Rihanna will not be attending tonight's 51st Annual Grammy Awards. We're sorry she is unable to join us this evening."

Around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, the R&B singer and a woman were in a vehicle in L.A. when they became involved in an argument, according to a police statement. After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated. The LAPD received a 911 call reporting the disturbance. When officers arrived they found the victim, but Brown had already left the scene, the statement reads.

The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker, police say. The LAPD is conducting an investigation into the incident.

As for why this case is being investigated as a felony and not a misdemeanor, Officer Karen Smith explained "because there was visible injury on the victim. It can be as small as a scratch or much worse, as long as injuries are visible, it's considered a felony."

Earlier Saturday night Brown and Rihanna were at the Recording Academy and Clive Davis's Pre-Grammy Gala in Beverly Hills.

When asked about Rihanna's well being, her rep told PEOPLE, "Rihanna is well. Thank you for concern and support."

Since I received this news from sources in LA, Chris Brown has since handed himself in, been bailed for $50,000 and is due to appear into court in a months time. Rihanna has also been said to be the female.....like we didn't already gather that!
