NEWS: 2011 Grammy Nominations

Yesterday the 53rd annual Grammy nominations were revealed at the Nokia Centre in LA. Rapper Eminem is up for a whopping 10 awards with newcomer Bruno Mars up for seven awards. Other acts to receive multiple nominees include Lady Gaga, Jay-Z and B.o.B.

Winners will be announced at the live awards ceremony, which will take place at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 13, 2011.

PICTURE THIS: Wretch 32, Labrinth & Tinie Tempah Perform For MTV's Brand New For 2011 Show At Koko

Wednesday night at Camden's Koko, Labrinth, Wretch 32 and Tinie Tempah performed for Blackberry presents MTV's Brand New For 2011, where MTV revealed a list of emerging talent they have tipped for 2011.

Tinie Tempah, an act listed on MTV's list last year headlined the show, performing tracks off of his debut album such as 'Frisky', 'Written In The Stars', his new single 'Invincible' which features Kelly Rowland, his smash hit 'Pass Out' with Labrinth as well Swedish House Maffia's 'Miami 2 Ibiza'. Tinie gave a great, energetic performance!

Labrinth and Wretch 32, two of this years finalists, also graced the stage, with Wretch 32 performing his new single 'Tracktor' live for the very first time, and Labrinth who performed 'Let The Sun Shine' as well as other tracks from his up-coming debut album.

FILM TRAILER: 'Frankie and Alice' Starring Halle Berry

Halle Berry will be gracing our screens again in February 2011 in the film 'Frankie and Alice', where Halle plays a mentally disturbed stripper called Frankie.

Based in the 70's, the film also stars Phylicia Rashad.

NEWS: Rihanna Is Up For Susan Boyle Collaboration

Rihanna has said that she would like to collaborate with Britain's Got Talent winner Susan Boyle after hearing that Susan said that she would like to work with the Bajan singer.

Rihanna tweeted:

"Hold up! I might be a lil late, but just heard that THEE SuBo wants to collab wit ME??!? I'm game, doesn't get much cooler than this. #BOOM."

 What on earth would that collaboration sound like?

NEWS: Jessie J To Work With Britney Spears

Essex songstress and girl of the moment, Jessie J has announced that she has been asked to pen the next single for Britney Spears. Jessie has already offered her expert song writing skills to likes of Justin Timberlake and Miley Cyrus and was said to be caught a little off guard by Britney's humble request. 

Speaking to the Sun, she revealed 

"I received the beat to work with and it's amazing. It's pretty cool. I don't think it will be what people expect. It's more British than you would expect but with the Britney swag,” she explained. “People will be surprised. It could be the most amazing thing I've done.”

This is a huge look for the 'Do It Like a Dude' singer and we're definitely excited to hear what she comes up with.

NEW MUSIC: Snoop Dogg - 'Wet'

After tabloid reports that Prince Harry is arranging a bachelor party for his brother Prince William with a performance from Snoop Dogg, the rapper decided to create 'Wet', a song especially for William and the occasion, even though he's yet to be asked to perform at said party.

"When I heard the royal family wanted to have me perform in celebration of Prince William’s marriage, I knew I had to give them a little something. ‘Wet’ is the perfect anthem for Prince William or any playa to get the club smokin’."

The singer's voice cracked mid-way through a performance of 'O Holy Night' on the US show The View. She tried to sing again but her voice just wasn't letting up!

Nonetheless the audience still cheered the Britain's Got Talent star.

After one of the biggest weeks of the year for album releases, the numbers are in......

Nicki Minaj's debut album 'Pink Friday' has come in at #2 on the Billboard chart after selling more than 371,049 units, and Kanye's 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' has sold 518,775 coming in at #1!

That's very good album sales for Nicki!
