Taking on DJ Khaled's 'I'm On One', Tiffany Evans proves that she really has grown in her musical abilities and talent. That's not to say that she wasn't incredibly talented before, but to take on such a song that's out of her genre and to still deliver such sound vocals shows true growth.

Listen to Tiffany Evans as she covers Beyonce's 'Speechless' from her 'Dangerously In Love' album. Just 18, Tiffany definitely does this song justice showing that she really is just getting started in this industry.

Although her managerial ties with Beyonce's father, Matthew Knowles, were short-lived, I think it's safe to say that Tiffany's career will be far from that! Saying that, the current music industry is no longer based purely on talent.
