Fashion Week - The Celebrities Strut Their Stuff On The Catwalk
It's New York Fashion Week at the moment and for a good cause a host of female celebrities stormed the catwalk in a fashion show for Heart's Truth to raise awareness for heart disease.

Ex-model Kimora Lee Simmons was back on the catwalk, where she thought she'd never be again, as well as singers Estelle and Jordin Sparks, Kim Kardashian, Desperate Housewives star Felicity Huffman, model Heidi Klum and one of Hollywood's best, Joan Collins.
