NEWS: Cheryl Goes Back To Using Her Maiden Name....'Tweedy'

During Monday's X-Factor auditions, Simon Cowel introduced fellow judge Cheryl as 'Cheryl Tweedy' to the crowd.....no this was not a joke!



Whilst waiting for her divorce from Ashley Cole to be finalised, Cheryl has already started to use her maiden name of 'Tweedy'.....after all why would she want to keep the name of a 'love rat', especially when she has her own career?

We know Ashley Cole is portraying that he doesn't care about Cheryl anymore, but we definitely know this will be another blow to him.

NEWS: Cheryl Cole Finally Files For Divorce Against Ashley Cole

In an exclusive report, The Sun claims that Cheryl Cole has officially launched a divorce action at London's High Court, citing "unreasonable behaviour" for the divorce.

A source said: "Cheryl made a swift decision to put England's World Cup dreams ahead of herself. The divorce should be finalised before England's first touch of the ball in South Africa on June 12. She knows how vital it is for Ashley to have a completely clear head and concentrate entirely on his football and performance, with no distractions or emotional pulls.

"She wants a completely clean break with no malice or wrangling over property or money. Cheryl will not take one penny of Ashley's money."

It's likely that the pair will be granted a quick divorce seeing as Cheryl has no intentions of wanting any money from Ashley.

NEWS: Cheryl Cole Is Separating From Ashley Cole

Cheryl Cole's publicist has just announced that she will indeed separate from husband of three years, Ashley Cole, after the Chelsea footballer sent naked images of himself to a glamour model, and after several other women have come out and claimed to have had some kind of contact with Ashley whilst the pair have been together.

Cheryl's publicist has said:

"Cheryl Cole is separating from her husband Ashley Cole. Cheryl asks the media to respect her privacy during this difficult time."

This isn't the first time Ashley Cole has played away - in 2008 he cheated on the 'nations sweetheart' with hairdressers Aimee Walton, after getting drunk on a night out with the boys. It seems like Ashley never did learn from that backlash - it actually seems like none of these footballers learn from their adultery!

Well Cheryl, Ashley has made a fool out of you for a while now - but what we all want to know is, will you practice what you preach and fight for you love?

Ashley Cole could be a looking at a £400,000 fine from his club, Chelsea after recent headlines further damaged the reputation of the club.
