It's all work no play at the moment for Kelly Rowland who, despite working on the UK's X Factor, is still doing the US promotional rounds for her album 'Here I Am'.
The singers latest stop was for the Jimmy Kimmel Live Concert Series where she performed 'Motivation', 'Keep It Between Us' and the new single, 'Lay It On Me'.
