SOCIAL WRITERS: Best Moments In Music For 2010

There have been some incredible moments in music globally for 2010. Here are our top picks of the best moments in music for 2010!

Kanye West's 'Runaway' (Short Film)

Kanye West released his short movie 'Runaway' in October and redefined what it means to be a music artist. Kanye has continued to push the boundaries with his new album 'My Dark Twisted Fantasy'.

Kanye West's Speech At His 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' Album Release Show In NYC

To end his last minute album release show at the Bowery Ballroom in NYC in November, Kanye made a nine minute rant speaking on the tirade of insults he receives constantly from the blogs and the media we were given an insight into that ever complex noggin of his. It was his victory moment in some respects, for the fact that he was able to see off those ‘douche bags’ with not only good record sales but a project that the critics seem to love. And we all know he cares what the critics think.

Rihanna's 'What's My Name?' Performance on X Factor

Rihanna had the nations attention when she performed a racy number of her recent single 'What's My Name?' on this X Factor in December. The Bajan beauty transformed what was an excruciatingly disappoint season finale of the X-Factor, into an ITV splashment! That performance has helped her album 'Loud' stay in the top 10 this month and has helped her with her 'Loud' tour sales in the UK which was sold out, so extra dated were added!

Tinie Tempah's Debut Album 'Disc-Overy' Going Platinum

South-London's Tinie Tempah announced in December at his headlining show at MTV's  that his debut album 'Disc-Overy' had gone platinum! We feel this was a major achievement for Tinie and another great achievement for the UK music industry.
2010 on a whole has been a great year for many UK music acts such as Chipmunk, Kano, Jessie J, N-Dubz and of course Tinie Tempah and many more.

Kanye West's 'Power' Performance at MTV Music Awards 2010

After his embarrassing Taylor Swift moment a year before, Kanye came back with a powerful  performance at the 2010 MTV EMAs and proved that he is always evolving as an artist. Power to Kanye (No pun intended).
