While her husband T.I.'s drug charges were dropped, Tiny wasn't as lucky.
Tiny has been charged for the possession of drugs after her arrest on September 1st, after her and her rapper husband were found with ecstasy.
She is due in court November 1st, the same day that T.I. has to hand himself in and start serving his new prison sentence for violating his parole.
