According to The Sun, Cher Lloyd has signed with Jay-Z's Roc Nation after the rapper offered the reality TV star a recording contract after being impressed with her X Factor performances.
It was said that will.i.am had wanted to sign the 16-year-old talent but it seems that Roc Nation was chosen as the best for Cher to start her career.
A source told The Sun:
"After weighing up the pros and cons, it was thought that the team at Roc Nation would be best placed to turn her dreams of stardom into a reality."
