T.I. paid a visit to see Chelsea Handler on her show Chelsea Lately for the third time.

The rapper and Chelsea spoke about his stint in prison, his upcoming projects as well as 'their special' relationship.

He also spoke about his fiancé, Tiny, whom he referred to as "a situation" the last time he was on Chelsea Lately.
